Club competition for all HYSA affiliated boys and girls youth teams in the U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18, U19 age groups.  Qualifiers of the USYS State Cup advance to USYS Farwest Regionals held in June -- Hawaii host-city in 2008.

As the governing body of soccer in all its forms in the United States, U.S. Soccer has helped chart the course for the sport in the USA for 90 years. In that time, the Federation's mission statement has been very simple and very clear: to make soccer, in all its forms, a preeminent sport in the United States and to continue the development of soccer at all recreational and competitive levels.

U.S. Youth Soccer (http://www.usyouthsoccer.org). 

Membership is divided into four regions, each with a Director elected to the board. The regions are essentially East (Region I), Midwest (Region II), South (Region III) and West (Region IV - Alaska, Arizona, California North, California South, Colorado, Hawaii (for the 2nd time, Far West Regionals will be held in Hawaii in June, 2008), Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming). Within each region are State Associations, 12 to 15 each depending on the region. Each State Association has a Board of Directors, elected by delegates from their member leagues, clubs, or teams.

U.S. Club Soccer (http://www.usclubsoccer.com). 

US Club Soccer is a National Affiliate member of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and as such registers players, and sanctions teams, leagues, tournaments and other soccer programs.  USCS' core membership is competitive clubs.  The National Cup Regional is held over the summer.
