Keiki Program

On-line pricing is slightly higher due to fees associated with on-line payment. Annual payments are for a 12 month period (September through August). Annual Technical Training Fees must be paid in addition to the Annual Membership Fee and paying quarterly allows the flexibility to spread payments out over 12 months. HSC Keiki Program participants do not require HSC Membership. All payments are non-refundable.
