The Annual General Meeting - and pot luck of the Big Island Futbal Club (d.b.a. Ha’aheo S.C.) will be held Sunday July 12, from 1- 3 pm at the Wailoa Center (lower level) in Hilo.
Tentative Agenda: consideration of recommendations for improvement in the delivery of programs; 2009-2010 club tournaments and fund raising; election of Directors
Please bring your favorite pot-luck main dish, or salad to share. The organization will provide paper goods, drinks, and dessert.

We are pleased to support the University of Hawaii Hilo - Vulcans 2009 Summer Soccer Camp.
Session I, Kona from July 20 - 24 (M-Fr) at the Old Airport Soccer Fields from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (All Day). Cost $145.00
Session II, Hilo from July 27 - 31 (M-Fr) at the UHH Baseball field (above the gym) from 3:30 - 6:30 pm (Afternoons Only). Cost $85.00

Registered Teams will train together throughout the week.
A $25 non-refundable early registration deposit due July 1, 2009 will secure your place in camp.
Payment -in-full will be due on the first day of camp. Registrations by check payable to: University of Hawaii Hilo.
Camp training themes will vary and include dribbling, passing, defending, shooting, as well as group tactics.
Players will need to bring a Ball, Shin Guards, Cleats, Water, Sun Block. Lunch or Snack.

Congratulations to the Big Island Futbol Club - Hawaii Legends U13 Boys.
The recently formed team participated in the 2009 HYSA State Championships held on Oahu May 23-25 and finished #1 in their pool by defeating Real Rush “Swoosh” 5/0; Honolulu Bulls “Kaele” 4/0. Legends fell to Real Rush “Nike” in a semi-final match-up 0/2. Members of the team included: Isaiah Forshey, Paul Gregg, Hunter Grosskreutz, Hajime Hayano, Colton Hill, Nakaiya Kerr, Sequoya Kerr, Miles Marshall, Shannon McWilliams, Dane Miyata, Jordan Motta, Louis Moylan, Casey Nakatsu, Patrick Orr, Lorrin Pajimola, Nikolai Shumov, Rayce Takayesu and coach Brian Suskiewicz.
