WelcomeThe Ha'aheo Soccer Club (HSC) was founded in 2002 for the purpose of developing youth through soccer. The Club gives the youth of Hawaii Island communities the opportunity to develop through coaches who challenge players to develop their soccer skills in a club environment. Members learn age appropriate basic soccer fundamentals, individual techniques, and team tactics. The Club has a common playing philosophy that all members are expected to share. The club operates and fields teams through the Hawaii Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) and it's Big Island affiliate, the Big Island HYSA League. All the coaches in the club are licensed through the United States Soccer Federation. The club is open to all youth at all skill levels from ages 10 through 18. Teams are formed within the membership and compete in various age groups in the leagues sponsored by the Big Island HYSA League as well as in Statewide HYSA tournaments. Participation on competitive teams is optional. The HSC reserves the right to invite members to participate on various teams sponsored by the club. NEWS
Ha`aheo Soccer Club entered 1 team in the HYSA (Hawaii Youth Soccer Association) State Cup on April 19-20 weekend at Waipio Soccer Complex on Oahu. Ha`aheo 95 girls (U13) played 1 game on Saturday evening against Strikers (Leeward Soccer Club) and won 4-0 and played their second game on Sunday morning against Ho`okahi (Oahu) and won 4-1. This put Ha`aheo 95 in the Finals against Leahi 95 Premier. The winners of this tournament (U12-U19 boys and girls) qualify to compete in the USYS Far West Regional Tournament in June 16-21, which happens to be in Hawaii this year. Hawaii also happens to have 5 Wild Card slots total in the Boys U12, Boys U19, and Girls U13, U17 and U18. The second place teams in these age groups get the Wild Card birth as the 1st Place teams automatically get in. As Ha`aheo 95 got ready to play Leahi 95 Premier, both teams knew they will both be representing Hawaii in the Girls U13 age group. Leahi 95 Premier won the game 3-0 and our girls gained an extreme amount of experience through this game. Ha`aheo Soccer Club made history by being the first club to send a team to the Far West Regional Tournament and Ha`aheo 95 became the first team on this island to qualify for the FW Regional Tournament. We are very proud of these girls. Ha`aheo 95 girls is a hybrid of Kona Heat girls and Ha`aheo girls. Congratulations girls!!! 16 Players on the team are: Coaches are: Other Coaches and Managers are: Other Ha`aheo players who qualified with a team from another island are:
